We believe in unity, equality and unconditional acceptance. Helping the people we support to overcome barriers, sustain independence and live lives on their own terms is fundamental to what we do.
We incorporate technology into our deeply human approach to ensure safety first, health & wellbeing, development of learning and skills and quality of care.

Kerry Libby, Co-founder and Operations Director of Glassmoon Services
“Purposeful work within a great team makes the difference between a job and work I love”
Kerry Libby, Co-founder and Ops Director
I didn’t suddenly wake up one day a co-founder and operations director, my career journey started as a student, working in a long-stay hospital for people with learning disabilities.
My job, post student days led me to the complex care sector, initially as a support worker and then in various roles to registered manager from where I progressed into operational management, becoming a regional director for a large specialist care provider.
I’ve learned so much on my journey so far. It’s never wrong to do the right thing – it’s not your title, role or pay scale that determines your ability to achieve fantastic outcomes with and for people, its rooted within your values, your ethos and your purpose. The people we support deserve our best efforts to ensure they live what matters.
With a 25-year track record under my belt and strong strategic relationships with commissioners, I did what any self-respecting ops director would do. I quit my job and joined a start-up. The Glassmoon team have this big audacious dream about creating an amazing environment to attain what is important to us in our working-life. Here is your opportunity to join an organisation who know what they are doing and want to do things differently.
We are currently operating in the South West of England, in the Torquay, Plymouth, Exeter, Liskeard, and Bodmin areas where we will be opening a number of services over the coming months.
